| $250.00 non-refundable deposit to ensure placement in the group is due two weeks prior to start of group sessions. This deposit will be credited towards the overall tuition. Half of the tuition is due prior to the parent orientation date; the balance of tuition is due by November 1st. Insurance receipts will be provided midway through and upon conclusion of the session for those families wishing to file for insurance. | Intake Interview: | $100 – For new participants, prior to registration, a one hour intake interview will be scheduled with parent(s) and child. Payment is due at the time of service. | |

| Meeting Dates: | August 31 September 7 September 14 September 21-Parent Checkpoint Conference September 28* October 5 October 12 October 19 October 26* November 2 November 9 November 16 November 30* December 7 December 14-Final Parent Conference Our focus is for adolescents to learn and utilize problem solving strategies, use role play, and provide support to help each other with actual social challenges (handling teasing, being left out, etc). *Youth Group Community Activity: The adolescents will plan and enjoy activities in the community (mini golf, go carts, etc) with facilitators serving as social coaches. | |

| Please note: If it is determined, either prior to the beginning of the group, or during the group sessions that an additional facilitator is needed to provide more support for an individual, the cost of this facilitator will be incurred by the individual’s family. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO ABSENCE OR WITHDRAWAL FROM GROUPS. | ||
