Carol T. Miller, Director |

Carol T. Miller is a Licensed
Clinical Social Worker and is the Director of Social Bridges. She holds a
Master's Degree in Social Work, and a Bachelor's Degree in Education/Drama
Therapy, Florida license #SW7648. |

Dr. Judith Levin |
||
|
Through Solutions for Children and Families, LLC, Dr.
Levin developed the curriculum for Social Bridges in conjunction with Carol
Miller. In the past, Dr. Levin facilitated social skill groups and
presented seminars to parents and teachers. Dr. Levin is now the
program head for Early Childhood Education at the University of Central
Florida's College of Education. She serves as a consultant for Social
Bridges as needed.

Wendy Cox Blair |

Wendy Cox Blair is a dual certified teacher in Elementary Education and Exceptional Student Education. Wendy has taught students of all ages and abilities for 30 years in Pennsylvania, Washington, and Florida. She currently holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Human Services with a specialty in Counseling Children and Adolescents. Wendy is currently the Director of LifeSkills Academy. Her experience in providing a sensory smart learning environment helps her students reach their fullest academic and social potential. Mrs. Blair has been a facilitator for Social Bridges since 2009. Robyn Colley
Robyn
Colley is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with 15 years of experience
working with children with a variety of sensory processing and motor skill
disorders. Robyn holds a degree in Occupational Therapy from the University
of Florida. She has worked at Miami Children's Hospital, for Orange County
Public Schools and in the private school sector. Robyn has taught and
directed the Occupational Therapy Assistant Department at Keiser University.
She is currently in private practice and works with several private schools
in the Orlando area.

Gretchen Davis |

|
Gretchen
Davis is a licensed Speech/Language Pathologist. She holds both a
Master's and Bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders. For the
past eight years she has worked in the public school setting serving
elementary aged children in both the self contained and itinerant therapy
settings. In addition to the public schools, Mrs. Davis has also
provided speech and language therapy to private clients. Mrs. Davis has been a facilitator for Social Bridges since 2007. |

Emily Foote, Elementary Team Leader |

|
Emily Foote holds a Masters
Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, FL License
#SW9705. Mrs. Foote has
worked with children and their families in a variety of settings for over 15
years; most recently as a Guidance Counselor supporting children with
exceptionalities in an inclusive preschool. Mrs. Foote spent many years
working with elementary and middle school aged children providing individual
and group counseling, social skills training and education and support to
parents.

Callie Godwin |

Callie Godwin has a Bacheler's Degree in
Early Childhood Development. Ms. Godwin is currently a co-teacher at
LifeSkills Academy. Her experience in providing a sensory smart learning environment

Kimberly Gordon |

Kimberly Gordon has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. Ms. Gordon has been employed for the past 9 years in the private school sector. She has excelled as a classroom teacher working with many socially challenged students due to a variety of causes including diagnosed and undiagnosed behavioral, medical, and general health related issues. She has also worked as a private tutor for families with children in K-3rd grades, specializing in beginning reading and comprehension advancement. Ms. Gordon has been a facilitator for Social Bridges since 2007. |

Elise Kelly |

Elise Kelly has a Bachelor's Degree in K-12 Exceptional Education with a minor in Psychology. Mrs. Kelly has worked for the past 16 years in the public school system in elementary, middle and high school settings. She has worked as a classroom teacher working with students with a variety of disabilities. She has also worked as an inclusion specialist, a compliance monitor, a curriculum resource teacher and a trainer. As an inclusion specialist, Mrs. Kelly has worked closely with general educators, administrators, and special education teachers to ensure that students with disabilities are successful in the general education classroom both socially and academically. Mrs. Kelly is currently working as a staffing specialist for Seminole County Public Schools. Mrs. Kelly has been a facilitator for Social Bridges since 2004. Matthew Pearce Matthew Pearce, MSW, LCSW, QS is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and licensed psychotherapist (SW 9137). He holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Mr. Pearce has a background in working with children from preschool through adolescence as well as the families who support them. Much of his work has been in the areas of supporting individuals with chronic medical or neurological diagnoses as well as grief and loss and giftedness. Expressive art and play are at the core of his approach to develop confidence in kids to experience their unique talents and gifts and use them to manage difficulties in their life. He is the owner of Kindred Counseling services and works with several schools and organizations who share in his passion of supporting the social and emotional needs of children and families. |

Dianna Ramseur |

Mrs.
Ramseur holds a Master's Degree in Counseling & Human Development, with a
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. As a school
counselor she has taught Character Education classes, while also
facilitating peer relationship groups. Mrs. Ramseur has taught in the
educational field for over 25 years. She has worked with children from
Kindergarten through Fifth grade, helping them to reach their potential
and believe in themselves.

Barbra Resnick |

Barbra Resnick holds a
Master's
of Science Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas and is a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, License #SW9451. Ms. Resnick has practiced
individual, group, and family therapy in schools, homes, and office
settings. She has worked extensively with oppositional adolescents. Ms.
Resnick currently works as the Transition Coordinator for an alternative
public school for adolescents with emotional and behavioral disabilities. Chuck Russell Chuck received his Master's Degree in Elementary Education and bachelor's degree in psychology from Duquesne University (PA) and has earned 60 credits in Physical Education at the University of Toledo (OH). He has taught Physical Education and academic subjects and has served as an In School Suspension Teacher. Chuck worked with children and teens for approximately four years providing them with therapeutic support for special needs in PA and currently works as a PSR (Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist) assisting teens and adults with their social, vocational and independent living skills. Other work related experiences with youth include working at a before and after school elementary age program/teen center, numerous positions related to health and fitness, and over 20 years of coaching sports both nationally and internationally. |

Jill Schaffer, Adolescents Team Leader |

Jill Schaffer holds a Master's Degree in Counselor Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She is certified as an Addictions Prevention Professional by the Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association. She was awarded Professional of the Year by the same organization in 1997. Mrs. Schaffer has worked with children and their families for 13 years in a variety of settings. She has worked in elementary, middle and high schools. Primarily, Ms. Schaffer worked as a prevention and early intervention counselor and Program Coordinator in Alternative Education Programs within the Osceola, Orange and Hillsborough County School Systems. She has experience with individual, group and family short term counseling. Ms. Schaffer is trained in the Systematic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP) Program and has conducted parenting classes. Mrs. Schaffer has been a facilitator for Social Bridges since 2003. |

Rachel Slavkin, Teen and Young Adult Team Leader |

|
Rachel M. Slavkin holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's
degree in Special Education, and a Supervisor of Special Education
Certification. Mrs. Slavkin has worked with children and adults with
special needs for over 15 years in school and camp settings. In
addition to being an adjunct faculty member at Seminole State College,
she has conducted private tutoring for individuals with special needs in her
home. As an inclusion specialist in the public school
setting she helped to facilitate an inclusion program for students with
significant needs and has presented an inclusion model at several
professional conferences. Mrs. Slavkin has been a facilitator for Social Bridges since 2007. |
